You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund including return shipping costs if product was found to be defective or if the order was a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Otherwise, if you want to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and getting the product back to us. All returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.
All returns must include a return authorization number.
